OMG Xiaomi 11T Pro

Xiaomi 11T Pro: I have stopped a long time ago in understanding Xiaomi naming convention for phones.

Its a battle hard to win. Whenever there is a new Xiaomi phone there are 5-6 flavours of it and … as a customer, gets complicated.

Same thing happened when I wanted to try a new Android phone. Little did I know that will be a very complicated process with hours spent on researching and trying to understand what is what.

So, after some research I ended up with Xiaomi 11T Pro. Why and how did I choose it? Well… after I have completed my research and realising i understood nothing. I looked into my wallet, saw my buget, closed my eyes and clicked on it.

The phone arrived next day from eMAG and I was surprised by it. Very nice construction, heavy enough to feel that I have something in my hand, loved the size of the display and the charger in the box. 120W, usb-c. Love it. Setup was easy, nothing new or fancy and in one hour I was up and running. Spent another few days twitching the setting but I was very impressed.

Display is the main seller for this phone, big enough for media consumption, high refresh rate, very good colours and viewing angle.

Is the battery that good on Xiaomi 11T Pro?

Its 5000 Mah, with 120W fast charging, so, yes, the battery life is great no matter what. One thing to mention, the charger is big and heavy, but its worth every gram.

What about camera?

Camera is a total disaster for me, and thats the main reason i didn’t keep it to much. In good light condition it can take some great shoots but even then, the colours have nothing to do with the real life.

I took a trip to Croatia and its good that I had my iPhone with me. I liked the pictures on portrait mode but I stopped doing pictures with it after a few shoots, realising this is not what I want.

Pro mode can do some good shoots but I am more of a Point And Shoot type of person, I cannot hold my dog still until I find the proper setting for a great shoot.
